Meet the Transgender Woman Who Splashed 52,000 Pounds on Plastic Surgery But Now Looks So Horrible

An Italian-born surgery addict, Fulvia Pellegrino born a man has spent 52,000 pounds trying to transform himself to a woman but now looks so horrible.

Fulvia is unhappy with the way she looks and hopes to attain perfection

A transgender woman, Fulvia Pellegrino (born a male) has got herself in a fix. The woman has had more than 150 lip and cheekbone fillers, four boob jobs and two rounds of lipo – but she won’t stop until she’s reached “perfection”.

The 56-year-old had even dolled out 12,000 pounds just to boost her butt and make it look perfect. But, surprisingly, Fulvia has done all these with the support of the wife named Marisa she married while a man.

“I am not happy with my ‘perfect’ body, because it is not perfect,” Fulvia said. “Perfection is something else.”

Fulvia was just 15-years-old when she first realised she was transgender. But the Italian-born surgery-addict kept her feelings to herself because she was scared of upsetting her religious family and dad in the clergy.

“I was living with my family who were very narrow minded and very religious,” she said.

“I never manifested my will because it was impossible with my dad. He had three sons and he wanted three sons only.”

Fulvia was married before it all went out of hand

Even when Fulvia met her wife 32 years ago she kept quiet and secretly snuck out to gay clubs or cross-dressed in the garage in secret.

“I was feeling trapped in my body,” Fulvia said. “I hid in the garage and put make-up on dressed like a woman.”

“I never showed that side of me because I was ashamed of it,” she said.

But in public Fulvia tried to be as macho as possible by buying guns and driving around in flashy cars.

She said: “It is difficult to grow up with a body which is not yours. You try to mask it in every way playing football, drinking beers, buying American 4x4s and go shooting to feel like a man.

“Instead you understand it is a mask and so you need to throw it away and become what you are.”

Fulvia did a boob, nose, bum job andlipo while searching for the perfect body

According to Dailystar, in 2000 she couldn’t bear to hide her secret anymore so she confessed to Marisa that she wanted to transition.

“Obviously Marisa lost if for a moment, it is not something that is easy to accept,” Fulvia said. “Today Marisa and I are nothing more than two sisters.

“We live together, we argue like two normal people but not like husband and wife,” she said.

Fulvia began her transition by receiving hormone therapy and looking into plastic surgery while her wife started seeing a psychologist to help her come to terms with her new life. But while Marisa was happy to accept Fulvia’s decision – however her parents refused to.

Against her family’s wishes Fulvia started to change to pursue her extreme look by getting a boob job, nose job and face lift in 2004. She followed it up with three more boob enhancements, lipo, a bum job and umpteen cheek and lip fillers.

Fulvia is very disappointed with how she looks even after all the surgeries

She was forced to sell her guns, cars and a house in France to pay for her expensive surgeries. Now the pair struggle on Marisa’s wage as a holistic therapist. And while Marisa is happy to support Fulvia’s quest to achieve her the perfect face and body, locals from their small town have bullied her for her look.

Marisa is not worried about how her husband has transformed into a woman

Fulvia said: “I am now the clown of Peveragno.

“They point at me, they talk about me, they start inventing stories about me that I am a prostitute. My friends have all vanished – they didn’t accept me.

“I want to look like Allanah Starr, an American transgender porn star.

“Plastic surgery is not a drug but its something that people like me need.

“I am not happy with my face and other parts of my body. I won’t stop here, I want to go ahead because it’s not perfect.

“If I reach perfection maybe I will stop.”
